In a bid to prioritize the health and wellbeing of its employees, Atlantic Catering and Logistics recently hosted its annual Health and Wellness Month. The event, organized in partnership with insurance partners Ascoma Ghana, aimed to support team members on their journey towards optimal health.
This year’s Health and Wellness Month placed a significant focus on general health screenings and breast screening. Recognizing the importance of preventive healthcare, employees underwent comprehensive health assessments, including vital sign checks and breast screening.
The event, held at the company’s head office, witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees eager to take proactive steps towards maintaining good health. Notably, experienced healthcare professionals conducted breast screening sessions onsite, highlighting the importance of early detection in combating breast cancer.
Beyond screenings, the Health and Wellness Month featured educational workshops and resources promoting healthy lifestyle choices, stress management techniques and mental wellbeing strategies.
