Atlantic Catering and Logistics Limited has on Wednesday donated items worth thousands of cedis to the Royal Seed Home and Orphanage at Kasoa.
The donation which was led by the CEO, Mrs. Maud Lindsay- Gamrat included; bags of rice, gallons of oil, cartons of tomato pastes, packs of toiletries, packs of mineral water, cartons of soft drinks and 300 packs of jollof rice.
In a message delivered by the Quality and Remote Site Director of the company, Mr. John Ansah noted the donation was a part of the company’s commitment to partnering stakeholders in providing the necessary support to bettering the lives of the less privileged in various communities in Ghana.
Naomi Bentil, who received the items on behalf of the orphanage expressed gratitude to Atlantic Catering and Logistics Ltd. for the donation. In her speech, she said;
“Thank you for putting smiles on the faces of these children. This is a most humble consideration on your part towards their upkeep and welfare. The home acknowledges your warm donation and may the good Lord in heaven reward you.”
Established in 2002 with four children, the Royal Seed Home and Orphanage now houses and provides formal education to 208 children, with ten pursuing various programs in tertiary institutions across the country.
