Atlantic Catering and Logistics Limited is a wholly-owned Ghanaian professional corporate catering company established in 2014 to provide specialized catering and logistics services for onshore and offshore operations, camp management, ship and store supplies, laundry, housekeeping, and janitorial services.

Our CEO

Maud Lindsay-Gamrat

An accomplished business executive and entrepreneur. She has over fifteen years of experience in the food and hospitality industries and she previously served as the Country Director for an international in-flight catering and hospitality management company. She founded Atlantic Catering and Logistics Limited in 2014 with the goal of transforming the Ghanaian food industry.

In 2015, she was awarded the Most Outstanding Female Entrepreneur of the Year in Catering Services at the Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards. In 2016, she was named one of the 100 Most Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs in Ghana by WomanRising organization was further inducted into their hall of fame in 2019. In 2018, she was featured on CNN’s Passion to Portfolio, a program that highlights emerging and established global entrepreneurs.

Maud holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies in Ghana and is currently pursuing a Global EMBA from CEIBS.

He is a trained Executive Chef and also has more than twelve years of experience in in-flight catering and remote site operations.

At Atlantic, we believe that the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) offer an avenue for collective action and impact on the systemic inequalities and challenges facing our modern world. The SDGs were adopted in 2015, and include 17 goals on ending extreme poverty, advancing gender equality, water quality, zero hunger, decent work, and clean, affordable energy, among others.

As a company, we are committed to doing our part to ensure that we address these global challenges as such the company’s sustainability priorities address all 17 SDGs, with an emphasis on the SDGs that relate most closely to where we believe we can make the greatest impact. We are strongly focused in the areas of No poverty (SDG 1), Zero hunger (SDG 2), Good health and well-being (SDG 3), Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender equality (SDG 5), Responsible consumption and production (SDG 12) and Partnerships for the goals (SDG 17).

We have incorporated SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, and 17 in our training seminars that we offer at no cost in low income areas, and have incorporated SDG 5 in our hiring practices. Additionally, we have also integrated SDG 12 in our production and service delivery processes conducting impact assessments of our product use on the environment. We will continue to identify areas for improvement and will continue to seek partnerships for progress on the implementation of the SDGs.
